Co-locators can access a wide range of communal equipment and specialist high-tech equipment and facilities operated by expert personnel. We can provide bench space in open plan laboratories or dedicated company space in a convenient central location surrounded by inner-city parks.

The Centre for Genomics and Proteomics
The University of Auckland Centre for Genomics and Proteomics (CGP) is a world-recognised hub for its unique cluster of high-tech equipment and leading research and teaching. It has established expertise in all aspects of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics and bioinformatics and has built a strong track record in helping scientists from other research centres and biotechnology companies in advancing their own discovery programmes.

IIB New Building Construction
Completed in early 2011, the expanded building houses the IIB and School of Biological Sciences at The University of Auckland catering for up to 500 researchers and support personnel in a purpose-built 10,000m2 facility.
